Source the latest eco-conscious innovations with our ECOSpotlight Exhibitors
Legislation, climate conservation, and customer preference are driving businesses to be conscious of environmental factors. However, with many options on the market, it can be challenging to find the right path. Reducing energy consumption, adopting bio-content, exploring end-of-life options, recycling, material reduction... the list is endless. We have collaborated with our exhibitors to help promote products and services that could be part of your eco-conscious strategy.

ALEMO developments in the field of the foam extrusion machinery for further CO₂ and product cost reduction
Thanks to ALEMO’s long-term involvement in the RECYLIGHT R&D project, we can now demonstrate that optimized production in low-density PE foams on ALEMO machinery results in a significant environmental and economic benefit: For every pound of foam produced, one pound of CO₂ emissions is saved for the planet compared to others.
The cost of each product can be roughly translated into the long chain of men workhours required to make it and in terms of CO₂ footprint, at least as long as most of the energy comes from fossil fuels. This means that for automatically processed products, the real reduction of the CO₂ footprint is equivalent to a real reduction of the cost of the product.
Real green is equivalent to lower product cost!

Resonance™ Aromatic Polyether Polyols
Resonance™ Aromatic Polyether Polyols support a wide range of PU applications, particularly rigid foams and elastomers, enabling a halogen-free solution to achieve higher fire standards with reduced FR additives; enhanced thermo-mechanical and moisture resistance; and compatibility with all blowing agents, including HFO. The TF series of Resonance™ aromatic triazine polyols, which are particularly effective in rigid spray foams, have the added benefits of reducing VOCs and increasing catalytic efficiency as a non-emissive FR solution.
Nomagreen
At Nomaco, we believe packaging should be strong for today and responsible for tomorrow. That’s why we created Nomagreen, a breakthrough foam solution powered by Eco-One® technology. It performs like traditional foam during use, shelf life, and recycling, but after disposal in a biologically active landfill, Eco-One® attracts microbes that consume the foam, accelerating biodegradation from centuries to just several years. Engineered for durability and protection, Nomagreen delivers the performance customers expect while reducing long-term waste. It’s sustainability without compromise, designed to lower environmental impact without changing how you work. Protect your products and the planet with Nomagreen.
Real Recycled
Dynamic Foam offers a line of GRS Certified Post-consumer Recycled EVAs for both compression and injection molded products. These unique materials are sold in compound, sheets as well as finished molded components. The proprietary formulations can be customized to meet performance requirements for almost any application and boast up to 100% recycled EVA content. Dynamic Foam is a Colorado based company with facilities in South Korea and Vietnam.
Water-Based and Low-VOC Mold Release Agents
Hightower Products offers a range of water-based and low-VOC mold release agents for polyurethane molders. Customizable to the needs of each plant, these products enable a significant reduction in emissions when used as an alternative to traditional solvent-based mold release agents. Ranging from >1–20% VOC, with a majority being under 10% VOC, these products facilitate a healthier environment for workers, a reduced reliance on hydrocarbons, and a lower carbon footprint, all without compromising on quality.
transGuard®
Meet transGuard® — our eco-friendly, custom-molded reusable packaging. transGuard® reusable packaging is made from high-quality expanded polypropylene (EPP) foam and can also include recycled content. This reusable packaging handles heavy loads without losing shape, making it perfect for stacking and reuse. It can be designed to protect complex shapes, large and small, while also maximizing shipping payloads. And the best part? It’s 100% recyclable at the end of its life.
transGuard® delivers exceptional product protection with reduced environmental impact, the perfect balance of durability and sustainability.
Driving Circularity: Upcycling PU and PET Waste into High-Quality Polyols
As a leading innovator in alternative polyol production from polyurethane (PU) waste, RAMPF’s Eco Solutions division is at the forefront of developing and implementing chemical recycling processes for PU foams and PET residues. Through advanced solvolysis methods—glycolysis, acidolysis, and polyolysis—RAMPF Eco Solutions transforms waste materials into high-quality recycled polyols. These sustainable polyols are already being successfully used in applications such as flexible foams, insulation foams, adhesives, and tooling boards.
