Leister Technologies innovative laser systems for welding plastic make new methods possible in the automotive industry, the medical and sensor industries, electronics and micro-system technology. Every one of their developments defines the state of technological possibility.
LOCTITE have developed a threadlocking adhesive that not only eliminates vibrational loosening, it eliminates the damage that happens after. Discover the capabilities of LOCTITE’s Theaderlocker 243™.
Mactac demonstrate their MacBond Arctic Tape. Watch how MacBond Arctic forms an instant aggressive bond to frozen materials and enables the adhesive to maintain its viscoelastic properties at low temperatures.
The Coherix Predator3D is an in-line 3D machine vision for dispensing applications inspects adhesive, sealant, thermal paste, urethane, glue and RTV height, width, volume and location. It provides real-time, robust 3D information on the quality of the dispensed bead with 100% part traceability.
Sikamelt ® are Sika’s broad range of hotmelt products with a chemical structure based on polyurethane, polyolefin (with reactive components), or thermoplastic rubber. SikaMelt® is ideal for bonding plastics and composites, wood, paper, textiles, and foams, vinyl, leather, and carpet interior automotive applications.
The bdtronic dispensing machines glue electronic components to a circuit board to secure them and to protect them from vibrations. The machines have a +/- 45° swivel unit for the eccentric screw pumps and an automatic rotation axis with which the component can be rotated 90° in the direction of the conveyor belt and 180° around its own axis. Thus, the silicone can be applied with extreme precision on both the top and bottom of the component.
Weicon GmbH Pipe Repair Kit can be processed without any additional tools and is used for the reliable and permanent sealing of cracks and leaks. It is very easy and quick to use and shows excellent adhesive properties, high pressure and chemical resistance as well as temperature resistance up to 150°C. Within 30 minutes, the tape is fully cured and hard-wearing.
Magnum Venus Products presents their 1:1 adhesives systems. The 5-gallon model has self-leveling platforms and single power head keep material at the same level allowing proper dispensing of 1:1 mix ratio materials.
